About Amy
Amy Rogus is a Northern Illinois Farm & Ranch Realtor, Managing Broker, and Equestrian Property Specialist with deep roots in the agricultural and equestrian communities. Raised in St. Charles, Illinois, she began riding at age eight and expanded her skills from trail riding and open shows to competing at the regional and national levels of the Appaloosa Horse Club (ApHC) Circuit.
Before real estate, Amy spent 12 years managing a real estate appraisal firm, where she gained invaluable experience in market analysis, comparable sales, rural property valuation, and business management. This foundation became the backbone of her real estate career. After earning her real estate license in 2014 and advancing to her Managing Broker License in 2018, Amy focused on farm, ranch, equestrian, land, and rural residential properties—areas where her expertise flourishes.
Today she leads the Farm Ranch Team with Century 21 Integra, helping buyers and sellers across Northern Illinois navigate acreage, barns, outbuildings, agricultural zoning, and equestrian-specific needs. Amy resides on a 5-acre farmette in Kendall County with her husband, Joe, where they keep Appaloosas, Quarter Horses, and several barn cats. Living the lifestyle she sells gives her an authentic understanding of the rural buyers and sellers she serves, fueling her passion for helping others achieve their country-living dreams.
